This role owns the development, execution, and continuous improvement of financial program control processes, tools, and standards, while providing senior-level financial advisory support to Operations leadership. The Manager of Program Controls manages the PC team, sets departmental priorities, ensures consistency and quality of outputs, and serves as the escalation point for complex program financial issues.
