Role Overview: The Senior Manager, Quality position oversees the activity and results for the Quality Assurance Team. The position supports end-to-end product quality oversight at 3 DCs (Distribution Centers). The position also manages quality control over our re-manufacturing and refurbishment lines (Toner Cartridges, Printers, etc.) as well as finished goods at the warehouses.
