JOB SUMMARY The Program Finance Manager is responsible for leading GMRE's program finance and project cost accounting functions in support of company growth, operational excellence, and financial performance. This position serves as a strategic business partner to Program Managers, Business Unit Leaders, Contracts, Operations, and Executive Leadership by providing financial planning, forecasting, reporting, cost analysis, and decision support across a portfolio of government contracts. The Program Finance Manager leads and develops program finance personnel while maintaining direct involvement in the execution of key financial activities. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring the ability to personally perform project cost accounting, government invoicing, revenue recognition, forecasting, and financial analysis activities when workload demands exceed available resources.
