The IT Desktop Support Technician will provide front line support for day-to-day information technology (IT) operations, which may include providing hardware and software support in person and remotely, provisioning and shipping hardware, installation setups, backups/restores and other system maintenance. The Desktop Support Technician will also be responsible for assisting with documentation, implementing solutions, as well as tracking hardware and software inventory. Along with day-to-day responsibilities, there may be special projects and the opportunity to learn other skills and technologies.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide IT support to end users both in person and remotely
Provision and ship computer hardware
Create and manage user accounts in Microsoft 365
Help desk ticket creation and resolution
Perform Hardware maintenance and software support
Assist with other IT needs as directed
