This position is located in our Phoenix, AZ office and will support multiple attorneys and business units across 5 regions. The Senior Transactional Paralegal will support attorneys in preparing and managing documentation related to construction, corporate, real estate, and financial transactions. This role involves document drafting and review, document redlining, document negotiation, due diligence, and closing coordination. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
