Collaborate with various HR members to define hiring needs for corporate, technical, and skilled trade roles across all company locations.
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and pre-onboarding coordination.
Post and maintain job listings on the Company’s career page, industry websites and appropriate job boards.
Maintain and utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) for effective candidate management and reporting.
Prepare hiring and recruiting activity reports for leadership and support workforce planning discussions.
