Heartland Technology Group Description: Position Summary: The Microsoft 365 Trainer I is a member of the Modern Work practice responsible for delivering high impact, scenario-based Microsoft 365 and Copilot training experiences to customers. This role focuses on helping organizations maximize adoption and effective use of Microsoft 365 tools through live instruction, engaging learning content, and ongoing program promotion.
