Technical Recruiter Overview Responsible for full life cycle recruiting of technical candidates which includes sourcing, recruiting, screening and qualifying candidates to ensure they have the necessary skills, experience and education for open positions. Responsibilities: Source candidates using job boards, social media, technical platforms and communities, job fairs and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews in order to evaluate technical skills, experience and fit.
