Description: Job Summary: The HR Generalist is responsible for the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, and policy enforcement. Key Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to employment law, as well as compliance with FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and other applicable areas of employment law. Assist in designing, implementing, and administering Human Resources policies and responding to inquiries related to such policies. Work with department managers to resolve employment-related issues. Assist with employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. Ensure all union reporting is accurate and timely.  Maintain records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations.
