Position Summary:   This is a requirement to provide the necessary level of professional, technical and program management support required to facilitate the overall objectives of the National Guard Bureau’s (NGB) J3/4/7 Operations Directorate.  The Senior Trainer/Exercise Planner serves as the lead JELC planner for the Homeland Response Force/CBRN Enhanced Response Force Package (HRF/CERFP) program. The planner must possess the capacity to track, facilitate, and document deliverables for approximately 220 JELC events per year.
