ABOUT THE JOB: Working as a member of the Human Resources team, the Payroll Administrator is primarily responsible for processing, maintaining, and reconciling payroll to ensure employees are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance with company policies, government regulations, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements. This role maintains strong internal controls, supports audit readiness, and ensures the integrity of payroll data. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare, analyze, and process payroll, including entering and auditing payroll data within Dayforce (Ceridian) or applicable payroll system Perform payroll reconciliations and provide reports to support the Finance department Execute and document internal controls to validate completeness and accuracy of payroll processing in compliance with SOX requirements Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation in an audit-ready state Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local...
