Job Description Summary As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting and staffing, on-boarding, and facilitating new hire orientation. Assist with organizational, departmental planning, employee relations issues, training, and support the Human Resources Director. Must maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance of all applicable state and federal laws. Job Description Special Qualifications, Requirements, Education, or Licenses: Two to four years of college education in a related field with 2 to 4 years related experience with at least 200 employees; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
