Job Description Responsible for full life cycle recruiting for Corporate, Engineering/Technical and IT roles. The Senior Recruiter will work as part of the Talent Acquisition team in an environment that is fast-paced, proactive, and requires the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple business functions. This individual will be responsible for utilizing effective storyboarding techniques that demonstrate a strong understanding of the business, technology, and people to position Nabors as an "employer of choice," while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders.
