Department: ESHMA Employment Type: 35.00-45.00 per hour The Part-time Employee Assistance Program Counselor will support the En vironmental Safety, Health, and Mission Assurance (ESHMA) contract located in Cleveland, Ohio . RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain the EAP in accordance with the latest published edition of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA) Standards and Professional Guidelines for Employee Assistance Programs and the NASA procedural requirements. Provide employees and dependents referrals for outside treatment or other community resources as appropriate. Provide confidential counseling that are limited in scope to brief, solution-focused counseling sessions for a specific case in accordance with NASA Procedural Requirement (NPR) 1800.1D, and Office of the Chief Health and Medical Officer, Employee Mental Health Resources & Information/EAP.
