This position is responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) modules within our HealthCare system. This includes a specific focus on Recruiting, Core HR, Talent Management, and Compensation modules, as well as third-party applications that are integrated with the core solution. The role involves managing a team of IT professionals to ensure the timely and accurate operation of all HCM functions, supporting activities such as candidate sourcing and hiring, employee lifecycle management, talent development, and compensation planning.
