Position Summary: The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions at the manufacturing facility, including recruitment, weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and safety initiatives. This role partners closely with plant leadership to foster a high-performance culture, ensure legal compliance, and support operational goals.
