Overview: The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the day-to-day HR and Benefits activities related to Praxis’s plant operations working closely with supervision and management.  This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits design and implementation, policy implementation, performance management, compliance, documentation and recordkeeping. The role will administer various HR plans & procedures for all company personnel, assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies, procedures and handbooks.
