Position Summary The Human Resources Director serves as the senior HR leader for Zip Xpress and affiliated companies, providing strategic direction and operational oversight across all human resource functions. This role supports routine administrative functions within the HR department, while also partnering with executive leadership to align people strategies with business objectives while fostering a culture of accountability, development, safety, engagement, and exceptional service.
