JOB FUNCTION / PURPOSE The Senior Human Resources Business Partner leads the delivery of comprehensive HR services for Inframark's Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Division, providing strategic and operational support to employees and leadership across an assigned region in the Southeast United States. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as a strategic advisor to management on key human resources matters, including employment law, employee relations, succession planning, staffing, performance management, compliance, HR systems, and workforce development.
