The Architectural Staff I works with Architects and Project Managers to prepare complete construction documents and assist during the construction support phase. Your role: Layout plans, sections, and details to specified CAD standards working directly with engineers or project managers. Perform analyses of design, planning and occupancy studies, and design layouts with oversight from senior level staff. Prepares project specifications, compiling and analyzing relevant data. Writes reports and specifications. Reviews completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations. Provide direction and distribute work to Technicians. Review and back-check Technician's work.
