Talent Management Business Partner Job Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with leaders to align Talent Management strategy with business objectives.
Assist with strategic workforce planning activities such as conducting interviews, completing flight risk assessments, and data collection.
Provide guidance and support on workforce redeployment and restructures ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
Analyze workforce metrics reporting on critical or ongoing trends and developing appropriate interventions for correction.
