 Primary Responsibility : Responsible for the operation and maintenance of various HCM systems not limited to but to include PeopleSoft, Success Factor controls and processes. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day operational assistance on PeopleSoft, Success Factor, iCIMS or Kronos matters/functions. This includes, but is not limited to managing employee data in the HRIS system, support Success Factor, iCIMS and Time and Labor (Kronos) and payroll activities, building and analyzing reports across HRIS and answering inquiries.
