JOB DESCRIPTION Primary purpose: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will handle administrative responsibilities, ensure compliance, and execute talent acquisition activities while working closely with HR professionals, candidates, and hiring managers across the organization. This role is crucial for managing recruiting efforts, building positive relationships with candidates, and creating a strong first impression of Tallgrass. The coordinator will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and support ongoing HR projects as needed. Education and Experience: An associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Alternatively, a minimum of three years of direct experience as an HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition Coordinator may substitute for the degree.
