This role plays a key part in recruitment, pre-boarding/onboarding, payroll processing, and employee engagement initiatives. The HR Coordinator also provides administrative and transactional support to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Responsibilities: Assist with internal and external recruitment efforts for exempt, non-exempt, and hourly positions. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and identify appropriate sourcing channels. Conduct candidate screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate pre-employment testing.
