Provide administrative support to Human Resources Dept. by investigating and responding to employee questions. Provide information to managers/facilitators as requested. Answer HR department phone calls and respond to outside parties on employment verifications and miscellaneous Human Resources related topics. Assist Human Resources staff in recruiting efforts by managing internal postings, testing candidates preparing PPE for tours, completing verifications of employment, reference checking, and scheduling interviews as needed. Ensure that new hire paperwork is completed fully, IDs verified, and all information entered into the HRIS system accurately. Accurately enter payroll changes into the computer system.
