Overview : The Talent Acquisition Specialist position supports recruitment activities for project and department positions on the east coast and overseas and collaborates in recruitment activities across the HR regional teams as assigned. The Specialist position is associated with the Olgoonik Anchorage, Alaska and Fairfax, Virginia corporate offices. Primary Responsibilities : Sources passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research. Sources active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals.
