We're seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Leaves Coordinator to manage all aspects of employee leave and ADA accommodation processes . In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for employees and leaders, ensuring a supportive experience while maintaining strict compliance with federal, state, and organizational requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead the administration of ADA accommodation requests from initial intake through final resolution, ensuring timely, compliant, and empathetic support. Administer state-paid leave programs, FMLA, and internal leave policies in accordance with applicable laws. C oordinate with absence management vendors, and ensuring all leave data is accurately entered into the HRIS system. Coordinate with leaders, payroll, and employees.
