POSITION SUMMARY The Change Manager will focus on the people side of change and play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet the objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will be responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee engagement and minimize resistance on projects that impact employees in the organization to increase the ROI and the results of the project.
