McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. Summary The Office Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of office supplies, maintenance coordination, and event support. Key duties include ordering and organizing office and kitchen supplies, maintaining meeting spaces, supporting event logistics, and managing mailroom and printer operations. The position requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work with the administrative team. This position is a full-time, onsite role at two Chandler office locations.
