Nexus-Woodbourne Family Healing is seeking Youth Care Professionals to join our team! We have a variety of full-time residential counselor positions available throughout our youth & teen Residential Treatment Center and our Diagnostic program. The residential treatment center offers emotional, behavioral, mental health, and sexually problematic behavior programs. The short-term (90-day) diagnostic (DETP) program serves male, female, and transgender youth who have been commercially sexually exploited. We embrace diversity, promote equity, and foster inclusion.
