Job Description The Payroll Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations in relation to payroll and insurance programs. This role involves meticulous record-keeping, document preparation, and communication with internal and external stakeholders to resolve compliance issues efficiently and professionally. The compensation for this role will be commensurate based on education and/or experience. What You'll Be Doing Processes weekly and monthly Certified Payroll and Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) reports, maintaining accurate records of all related documents. Leads the preparation of specialized compliance documents related to payroll, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards.
