Overview The Human Resources Generalist provides human resources support for a large federal contract worksite. The HR Generalist serves as a primary HR resource for employees and site supervisors and supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee records, routine employment actions, performance counseling, employee relations, and compliance with Company policies and established HR procedures. The HR Generalist handles routine onsite HR matters within established Company policies and procedures. The position works in collaboration with Corporate Human Resources on performance counseling and routine fact-finding and seeks direction on complex, sensitive, or higher-risk employee relations, compliance, and employment matters.
