CAQH Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports DataSpring’s ability to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent by managing full-lifecycle recruiting for assigned positions and supporting the operational execution of talent acquisition programs and processes. The role partners directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, identify and assess qualified candidates, coordinate structured interview processes, and support hiring decisions from initial intake through offer acceptance. The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages requisitions across functions and levels, while partnering with the Manager, Talent Acquisition & Development on recruiting strategy, prioritization, and more complex or specialized hiring needs.
