Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field required. Minimum of 3-5 years of Human Resources experience. Prior lead, coordinator, or managerial experience preferred. Experience administering HR systems, employee engagement platforms, and workforce reporting tools preferred. Healthcare, government contracting, or multi-site workforce experience preferred. Human Resources Operations Supervise daily HR employee support services and HR administrative activities.
