The Junior HR Business Partner is directly associated with the Central HR embedded shared services model and provides day-to-day support to the USF Bellini College of AI, Cybersecurity & Computing. Central HR consists of multiple areas of expertise including Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Classification & Compensation; Employee and Labor Relations; Continuous Process Improvement, HRIS, HR Business Partners and Talent and Learning Management.
