This position provides operational support in job requisition management, onboarding, promotions, transfers, offboarding, compliance activities, and workforce changes by partnering with internal teams and external vendors. The Specialist ensures accurate and efficient processing through systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and Five9 while maintaining regulatory compliance and internal policy adherence. This position reports to the Employee Lifecycle Supervisor and is in the Employee Service Center (ESC).
