We're looking for someone with solid recruiting experience who can confidently own hiring activity in a fast-paced environment while continuing to grow their sourcing, strategy, and partnership skills. This role is ideal for someone who already understands the fundamentals of recruiting, can independently manage a workload, and is ready to elevate their craft. You'll support high-volume hiring efforts across technical and engineering teams while partnering closely with senior recruiters on sourcing strategy, hard-to-fill searches, talent pipeline development, and creative recruiting initiatives. We want someone who is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable navigating recruiting technology, applicant tracking systems, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social sourcing channels.
