This position partners with executive leadership to develop and execute workforce strategies that support recruitment, retention, employee relations, compensation, benefits, labor relations, organizational development, compliance, and succession planning. The Vice President of Human Resources ensures consistent application of employment practices, promotes an engaged and accountable workplace culture, and protects the organization through legally compliant and effective human resources programs. The position serves as a key member of the executive leadership team and guides organizational strategy, workforce planning, and operational initiatives.
