We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Director who will serve as the operational leader of our people function and a trusted partner to the Chief Operating Officer. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll oversee our HR team, support attorneys and staff across multiple offices, ensure compliance in a complex multi-state environment, and help build systems and processes that allow the Firm to continue growing.
