Summary The HR Generalist Temp will assist in performing all aspects of HR functions with an emphasis in the areas of labor relations, recruitment, compliance, and special projects. Principle Duties and Responsibilities Conduct recruitment efforts for bargaining unit positions and support salaried recruitment efforts, including college recruitment efforts and the intern program; partner with third party recruiting firm, screen and interview candidates, conduct reference checks, extend offers when applicable. Provides assistance and support to Human Resources Manager: supports contractual interpretation and provisions, record keeping and reporting, employee relations, conflict resolution, and the discipline process.
