Job Summary **THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE MONDAY - FRIDAY THAT REQUIRES FLEXIBILITY FOR A MULTIPLE SHIFT OPERATION** Under supervision, the Associate HR Generalist provides guidance and solutions on human resources operational issues. In addition, this individual supports HR and management in delivery of HR services. The Associate HRG ensures the organization's current HR requirements are met and the HR strategy is implemented effectively. The Associate HR Generalist also serves as contact for employees and answers questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
