The Classification and Compensation Coordinator will work alongside the Classification and Compensation Specialist and under the supervision of the Manager of Classification & Compensation to handle the administration functions of the Classification and Compensation team. The individual in this role will handle the entry and organization of data in the HRIS platform, the initial calculation of job offer amounts, and assist with projects to support the compensation program. This position will allow the successful candidate to work a schedule that will be primarily remote.
