Job Summary: Day Shift The IOP Coordinator provides quality direct and indirect patient care to individuals in the Outpatient Behavioral Health Program. Coordinates access of care between the clients and the therapists and providers. Maintains accurate program and client documentation including billing, documentation, registration, reporting, and medical records. Provides clerical and secretarial support to managerial staff and a variety of office duties as assigned.  Functions and Duties:   Chart preparation and formation.
