As the Human Resources Manager, you will provide HR generalist support for your assigned account. This position is also responsible for providing management and administration of several imperative HR processes and will provide leadership and support to managers and employees throughout the organization. Will assist in identifying best practices and organizational efficiencies, as well as mentor and train line managers to accurately apply human resource policies and programs within the unit. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required to effectively support a diverse workforce and ensure clear communication across all levels.   COMPENSATION : The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000.
