W2 Employment Status. Full-time hours preferred. Therapists are paid for all hours worked, not just massage hours. The team averages $35/hour plus cash tips. We consider full-time approximately 20-25 hours hands-on per week but more hours are available. Health insurance benefits are available at 35 total hours per week (usually 24-28 hours hands on) in accordance with employment law.
