Job Summary: The Project Coordinator provides a high level of coordination and organizational project support to Project Managers and Construction Manager which includes but is not limited to: assisting with project and event planning and implementation; project and event planning duties may require on-call / after hours work to manage projects; managing and coordinating content for meetings, conferences, trainings, and other project-related events as needed; assisting with the design, development and distribution of project related documents and reports; maintaining project budgets; assisting in approval document process; assisting with project data collection activities; managing capital budgets to ensure accurate and essential use of capital dollars; and the processing and management of all project related paperwork (contracts, invoices, closeouts, etc,) throughout the project life cycle with great attention to detail and accuracy; assist with onsite move management and...
