Their role is to support their clinician and their patients with a strong focus on oral chemotherapy adherence while supporting patients navigating through any barriers to care with both internal and community resources throughout their oncology/hematology journey. The Care Coordinator primarily works in the Crystal Lake location however will also follow their clinician to the Barrington Office on the Good Shepherd Hospital campus one day per week.
