Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic *Radiology Tech* that will perform imaging procedures in a *PAIN MANAGEMENT *surgery center and is responsible for patient safety protocols. This individual functions as the first line interface with customers in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs. The Pain Management Fluoroscopy Technician operates imaging equipment and performs diagnostic X-rays (if applicable) on patients as ordered by the physician and under the guidance of the physician. Understands aseptic technique and assists in preparing the procedure rooms. Positions patients as needed. Documents duration of radiation, monitors badges, tests equipment weekly, examines protective x-ray aprons for integrity, and documents the results of tests / examinations.
