Description: Education The Therapist must have at least a master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Art Therapy, or a related field and at least three years of clinical experience working with children or adolescents. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations The Therapist must qualify for CSW, LCSW, LPCA, LPCC, MFT, LMFT, PsyD, T.L.P.A., LPA in KENTUCKY. The Clinical Therapist’s primary duties will include the provision of individual, family, and group therapy to youth in residential treatment and their families or caregivers. Youth served are generally between the ages of 8 and 17, healing from a variety of experiences, including trauma, depression, anxiety, ineffective coping, and family relationship challenges. Typical caseload is 9-13 youth.
