*Position Summary:* The Physical Therapist (PT) provides skilled physical therapy services to patients to improve physical function, mobility, and quality of life while promoting safety and independence in activities of daily living (ADLs). The PT evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
