About this Job: General Summary of Position The Research Pharmacist supports clinical research by managing investigational medications used in clinical trials. This role works closely with research coordinators, nurses, investigators, and sponsors to ensure investigational drugs are prepared, dispensed, and tracked safely and in compliance with study protocols and regulations. Also will support oncology services by verifying chemotherapy orders and facilitating medication preparation for outpatient infusion and inpatient chemotherapy patients. Clinical trial or research experience strongly preferred. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Evaluates medication orders for accuracy and thoroughness.
